How to resend ePins

If you have sold a ePin to a customer these cases occurred:



  1. The ePin/s did not arrive in the customer's cellphone but your LC balance has been credited

  2. The ePin has been sent to the customer's cellphone BUT the customer accidentally deleted the message.


You can resend the PIN by texting:

RESEND <Password> <Buyer's #>


and sending to the Loadcentral Access #s
